'The Dubai CrossFit Championship 30x30 Challenge | Workout 2 | 10 rounds for time using a 95lb bar. This a good test for me to try and practice consistency with double unders. The bar is a comfortable weight but with it being slightly bent it doesn\'t move as smooth as you would like. Again even though I\'m recording my scores and doing the workouts to the best of my ability I\'m using this competition to keep myself accountable and get my mind back into a competitive mindset. I understand my form isn\'t always perfect but remember I\'m 36 6\"3 and played soccer/football all my life so I\'m doing my best. Shoulder to overhead: - Barbell starts from Shoulders to A fully locked overhead position.  -The athlete can choose to perform a Strict Press, a Push Press, a Push Jerk, or a Split Jerk.  DU:  -The rope passes completely under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count.  The Dubai CrossFit Championship 30x30 challenge is an online competition in partnership with @dubaifitnesschallenge and @hyperice starting on the 30th of October and ending on the 28th of November, 2020.  The competition format will be as follows:  Workout 1 release: 30th October Workout 1 submission: 5th November  Workout 2 release: 6th November Workout 2 submission: 12th November  Workout 3 release: 13th November Workout 3 submission: 19th November  Workout 4 release: 20th November Workout 4 submission 26th November  Results: 28th November, 2020.
