The athlete’s score is the time to completion of the work listed. If an athlete completes Part A in six minutes, their score is 6:30. On Part B, if the athlete completes the work in seven minutes, their score for Part B is 7:00. Said another way, Part B’s score is not what is listed on the clock. They are to be entered at separate times. If an athlete is a time capped during either part, their score would be 8:00 plus one additional second for every repetition not completed. As an example, if the athlete has five remaining box jump overs in Part B and reaches the time cap, their score for Part B is 8:05. There is no reset period between parts A and B. If the athlete reaches the time cap in Part A, the judge must record where the athlete was at the 8:00 cap and the athlete must return the barbell to the ground before starting their first counted repetition in Part B.'
