'Make a few minutes in the morning for this Workout routine and you will feel good and energized for the rest of your day! Do it everyday after you wake up or even after your workout to stretch your muscles.   1 min per each exercise.   1. Plie with arm reach 2. Samurai stretch 3. Mermaid stretch 4. Reversed plank to forward bend 5. Cat Cow stretch   If you want to get that little extra repeat the Workout 3 to 4 times.
