'John Cena Workout Program Week 3, Day 3'

'Here is Day 3 of Week 3 workout of the John Cena 6 Weeks to More Size and Strength Program. In this workout, we are back doing snatches, cleans, and front squats. For the cleans and snatches, we increase the percentage of our 1RM that we use for our working sets. Also for front squats reps continue for week 3 at 5 reps per set.   I had a decent workout. I had planned on doing better, especially with the cleans. I was able to get all the reps at the specified weight, but it just didnt feel good. I was also able to increase my weight on front squats from Week 3, day 1 as well.  Snatches: 4 sets of 2 reps at 83% 1RM (185)  Power Clean: 4 sets of 2 reps at 83% 1RM (250)  Front Squats: 3 sets of 5 reps (225, 275, 305)'
