'LOWER BODY CARDIO & ABS WORKOUT at home | (no equipment) | jessica mariah'

'In this 10 min workout we will be doing lower body work mixed with a hint of cardio, and abs! No equipment is needed and it can be done at home. This workout is meant to be completed for 2 rounds to get the full effect! Modifications are available in the video if need be as well :)  There will be a 10 second rest in between exercises, but feel free to pause the video at anytime if you need longer breaks. This workout is perfect for toning your lower body and abs while burning tons of calories to help trim down on fat!
