'How to obtain Medical Fitness Certificate if not being issued by the Hospital (in Urdu) 2019'

'When applying for a Government job in Pakistan, in addition to other documents, Medical Fitness Certificate for job is also required and demanded from the department but many people face hurdles/ difficulties to obtain the Medical Fitness Certificate as the Hospital Medial Superintendent or Additional Medical Superintendent may have some demands against issuance of Medical Fitness Certificate. There might be several tests like  blood test etc in the medical certificate This video is related to a case in which our client was appointed on disabled quota in Excise and Taxation Department and was required to provide medical fitness certificate from Government  Hospital. When he approached the hospital concerned, he was not issued Medical Fitness Certificate, resultant he filed a Writ Petition before the High Court in which the Justice of High Court passed an order to the Hospital MS (Medical Superintendent) to issue the Medical Fitness Certificate within 1 week (7 days).
