'Navy SEAL Workout BUD/S prep EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) 3 pull-ups 10 push-ups for 50 minutes totally 150 pull-ups and 500 push-ups. This is a great volume workout for accustoming your body to taking on a large workload. You can play with the reps scheme is 3/10 is too easy... I am just getting back into after a very rough month of travel but too give you an idea of where you can go with it a few months back when I was hitting workouts on a regular basis I was doing a 7/15 rep scheme for a 30 minute EMOM totaling 210 pull-ups and 450 push-ups.'
