'A Navy SEAL’s Sit-ups Technique using 50% lower & 50% upper ABS'

'When doing sit-ups, Start with your head on the deck to relax you are programs. Thrust up halfway with your back straight and your head in a neutral position. Then once you are half way up, use the upper ABS to curl to the top of the movement. This way, you are using the lower abs to initiate the moment and the upper abs to complete the set up.  If you need a break place your head on the deck for no more than one breath. If you follow these basic techniques you will past the Navy PST.'
