This workout begins with the athlete standing with the jump rope on the ground. After the call of “3, 2, 1, Go”, the athlete will start with the double-under and continue through the chipper for 15:00. If the athlete completes a full round before time expires, they return to the top with the double-under. One full round is 300 repetitions in full.
