'I Trained Like Batman For 30 Days | Robert Pattinson Workout'

'I trained like Robert Pattinson’s Batman for 30 days using the “Becoming Batman” training programme which uses a combination of cardio, core and weight lifting workouts.  In this video I discuss Robert Pattinson’s workout and diet plan which he used to train for his role as Batman. I created the plan using information from Robert Pattinson’s interviews on his workout routine, and added certain exercises which help to achieve Batman’s athletic, built physique.  Robert Pattinson had to gain weight and build muscle to play the role, all while maintaining the flexibility and mobility required to fight like Batman. This is the premise and purpose of the “Becoming Batman” training program, which combines compound movements with functional exercises in order to build muscle mass all while staying mobile enough to perform the advanced movements that Batman can do.  The programme is split into 4 parts which I discuss in detail in the video: 1. Cardio 2. Core/Ab Routine 3. Strength Training 4.
