'30 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout (Part Two) - Legs and Stretching'

'This is the part two of my 30 minute full body Pilates Workout! The first portion of this Pilates full body workout was a Pilates for Arms and Pilates for Abs Workout, while part two focuses on Pilates for Legs and stretching. This Pilates at home workout is great for any fitness level and will work on strength, core, toning, posture and flexibility. You can do them separately or together for a full Pilates workout at home!
