'\"Ripper count em\" One month ago I started training Navy Seals Burpees after being inspired by videos from Iron Wolf and Burpees King. I set out to conquer the famous routine from the movie \"Shot Caller\" : 500 Navy Seals Burpees. Today, one month later and I did it! In total I hit 517 Navy Seals Burpees / 1551 Push Ups. I\'m going to keep working on my form and try to improve my time. Respect to anyone who trains high rep burpees! #burpees #fitness #challenge'
