'ONE WEIGHT DUMBBELL WORKOUT for Weight Loss | Beginners, Seniors'

'This One Weight Full Body Workout for Weight Loss will build muscle which burns more calories than fat.  It’s a home workout for beginners and seniors that can be a one dumbbell workout or you can use a water bottle, can, or anything that is easy to hold.  This workout will build strength in our arms, back, shoulders, core, legs and glutes. It includes two sets of 5 exercises, each round done twice.
