'9Round CHOW on Round 7'

'Happy Monday, #9RoundNation! For this week\'s CHOW, you will complete 2 reverse lunge kettle bell passes + 2 alternating shin kicks to make up 1 rep on Round 7! For this exercise, we suggest using a kettlebell between 10 & 20 lbs.
