'5 Minute Treadmill Routine 5 Different Treadmills set at  6.0 mph / 2.0 incline 6.5 mph / 1.5 incline 7.0 mph / 1.0 incline 7.5 mph / .5 incline 8.0 mph / 0 incline  Into leg toss med ball slams 15 Reps with 2 minutes break 4-5 sets   *DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME OR AT YOUR LOCAL GYM'
