'Trojan Air Rope Fitness: Rob De Bruyn (13.11.2013)'

'Ewan will spend the week trying out various workouts with Trojan\'s new Air Rope, a skipping rope without the rope. The segments take place on the deck at Randlords in Joburg. They are shot in a multicam fashion and split into two parts. In the first part Ewan learns about the new product, and in the second part he challenges a celeb to an intense 3 minute Air Rope workout. We record the celebs heart rate and it will appear on a leader board so we can see who is the fittest of the 5 celebs.'
