'I\'ve been working to help others improve their fitness goals, increase confidence, and demolish anxiety. I remember when I first started training I was too shy and embarrassed to go to the gym. So I got a bowflex and trained at home. Looking back I think \"Man you\'re so silly, letting others judgements effect you that much\". At the end of the day, we\'re all human!
