(ii) First, start some activity. -Intermediate Level: (i) Focus on forms, techniques, and posture. (ii) Increase your repetition, less your rest period between sets. -Advance Level: (i)Add different variations of exercises. (ii) Add circuit training, HIIT training in your schedule (iii) Focus on forms, techniques, and posture. 2. Nutrition Keep your carbs low or in limit and protein in moderation. Keep your calories lower than normal days as we are not as active as before. Increase your uptake of vegetables and salads in your diet. Avoid sugar or sweet products in your diet. Have lots of fluid in the form of water, lemon water, buttermilk, watery fruits, etc. 3. Rest Focus on your sleep or rest for your better recovery. Stick to 7to8 hrs of sleep.
