'Akshay Kumar’s simple tips to stay healthy'

'Sleep early, get up early, eat less and exercise. That is how Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar stays healthy and fit. “Your health is in your hands. If you can’t give one hour for exercise, kill yourself,” Akshay said recently to students of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He had come to the institute for the promotion of his film Pad Man, which has been doing well at the box office. Akshay also revealed that he does not believe in partying. “I was told that contacts are made during parties. It’s all wrong. Whatever work I get, it is because of my own efforts.'
