(Click \"Show More\" for full workout plan) *THE WORKOUT:* *Single Leg Raises:* - Right Side: 16x Lifts + Pulse 8x - Left Side: 16x Lights + Pulse 8x *Up & Down Scissors:* - Kick feet closely together, moving legs up & down 12x (Be sure to keep your low back pressed firmly on to the floor) *Bicycle Crunches:* - Hands behind head, elbows wide - Start with knees bent, extend right leg out & lower.
