'2 Rounds: Leg Swings x 10 Arm Circles x 10 each way BW Squats x 5 Hip Hinge x 10 Glute Ham Bridge x 8  4 sets: Weighted Household Object Hold Overhead x 30 seconds *push up through the shoulders and lats - straight arms* Weighted Household Object Raises x 6 *bringing from overhead to chest height back to overhead without resting from the hold*  4 Rounds: Curtsy Lunges x 10 each side Bicep Curls x 12 *use DBs or cans of food 30 seconds rest, then 4 Rounds: Jump Squats x 12 *sub with air squats Russian Twists x 15 each side 30 seconds rest, then 4 Rounds: Front Raises x 10 *use DBs or cans of food Lateral Raises x 10 *use DBs or cans of food Bent Over Chest Flies x 10 *use DBs or cans of food  10 minute easy walk'
