'Total body resistance band workout using loop/pull up bands | with TECHNIQUE TIPS'

'In this video I show you how to workout your entire body only using resistance bands. The type of bands I am using is a loop style aka pull-up style bands. I go over upper body, core, abs/abdominals, and lower body (legs). I make sure I show you what resistance level I am using on the pullup bands show you can gauge how to do your workout. This entire workout is done at my home, so anybody can do this whether you are beginner or advanced in your fitness journey. Also this workout is for men or women looking to lose weight of gain muscle mass. This workout is designed to help you lose body fat and build muscle.
