'For National Girls and Women in Sports Day, HighlightHER did a No-Rope Workout with the LA Sparks Host Kat and Guard Sydney Wiese for a chance to sweat. The No Rope Workout is 35 minutes, open to all levels of fitness, includes 8-10 different cardio exercises, and doesn’t require any equipment.
