'10 minute HIIT: burn fat, build muscle, improve fitness - no weights, no jumping'

'An express 10 minute full body interval training workout.  Exercise scientists are investigating the least amount of time required to realize the positive benefits from working out (i.e., burn fat, improve insulin sensitivity, build muscle, improve VO2max).  It seems as long as your workout is intense (between 70-90% of your maximum heart rate), even just 4 minutes three times per week can make a difference.  So something is most definitely better than nothing!'
