And what to do when you don\'t have enough time to workout at the gym. So I have devised some 15 minute workouts and shorter that you can do absolutely anywhere! I do these when I am on location and don\'t have access to a gym. There are no excuses! I hope you enjoy.  In this workout we\'ll be doing:  1. Jumping Jacks 2. Push ups  3. Russian Twists 4. Shoulder Press 5. Lunges 6. Burpees 7.Tricep Dips 8. Step Ups 9. Tricep extensions 10. Bicycle Crunches 11. Squat to Shoulder Press 12. High Knees 13. Squat Jumps 14. Bicep Curl 15.
