Those 2 words don’t go hand-in-hand for me so I reached out, and met her at Gym 2000 Nigel about an hour outside of Johannesburg. Basically, it is everything you miss about being a child…the freedom, the confidence that you will land on your feet, the feeling of flying and the challenge of going higher.
