You\'ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used 5kg + 7kg + 10 kg but you may want to use something heavier depending on your strength and fitness level. There are 10 Triple Sets that makes up this workout. Complete each triple set 2 x through working through each exercise back to back with no rest for 30 seconds each.
