'Burpee Combo:  Für jeden Burpee kommt eine Übung dazu. Am Schluss habt ihr  ( 1 x Burpee + 9 zusätzliche Übungen ) . Nach einem komplettem Durchgang wiederholt ihr das ganze noch 2 mal.  1. Burpee 2. Burpee / shoulder tap  3. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row  4. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row / pushup 5. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row / pushup / side elbow drop 6. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row / pushup / side elbow drop     / diamond pushup  7. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row / pushup / side elbow drop / diamond pushup / plank  8. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row / pushup / side elbow drop / diamond pushup / plank / plank with forward reach  9. Burpee / shoulder tap / one arm row / pushup / side elbow drop / diamond pushup / plank / plank with forward reach / plank with knee to chest'
