'Total Body Fitness - Workout your abs, booty, legs, and arms at home and with low impact!'

'Let\'s workout together for 17 minutes!  These are all exercises you can do at home with no equipment.  The reps will workout your arms, legs, abs, and booty.  I have put 5 second breaks between each set however feel free to take 5 to 20 second breaks (whatever works best for you).  As always, please feel free to incorporate these exercises along with other exercises in my other videos to build yourself an ideal routine.  I recommend that you workout 3 to 4 days per week for best results. I try to keep my routines short and simple but recommend doing them in 2 to 3 sets a few times per week.
