'In preparation of the Pan Jiu-Jitsu No Gi Championship in NYC, Rob Leibrock has added 2 days a week of strength & conditioning at our facility. Rob\'s goal is to improve his grappling-specific strength, muscular endurance and conditioning so we\'ve designed 2 strength endurance/metabolic conditioning-based training days to compliment his grappling training.
