'20 MIN. Glute Resistance Band Workout!'

'Hi guys today\'s workout is a 20 minute glute resistance band workout!  You can add weight to certain moves for an extra challenge. If you dont have a resistance band you can do this workout with no equipment :).   I post new workouts every Tuesday and Thursday!
