'Want to get moving? Then you’re in the right place. In this free workout video, PF Trainer Adrienne is going to lead you through an upper body workout from the PF 360 Area. Don’t let the equipment intimidate you, though! She’ll be providing modifications for those making this a home workout. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, so feel free to follow along, or take it at your own pace. First thing we have to do is warm up. For this, you’ll be doing arm circles, side reaches, and jumping jacks. Feel good? Good, because now it’s time for the main circuit. Here, you’ll be doing simple exercises like tree huggers, and bicep curls. After that, you’re done! Adrienne will take you through a cool down routine before ending the session.
