Conventional Deadlifts are one of my favorite exercises so I thought that I would teach you how to do them with a resistance band might be good for those of you who either like to do resistance band workouts or just for people who need a change from doing these with a barbell or dumbells. So, Go ahead and watch the video and give them a shot. To be honest with you, the resistance band Deadlift is harder then I thought it would be. I think you will be surprised at how effective these can be for you hamstrings, low back and glutes. One thing I failed to mention is that I strongly recommend that you stretch you do some hamstring stretches after working out your hamstrings. Or at least that\'s something that has helped me. Many of the hamstring stretches that I do I learned while in a yoga class or from a friend of mine who does physical therapy.
