'45 Min Total Body Band Workout- Follow Along! | Tone & Strengthen Your Whole Body | No Impact'

For those of you wanting longer workouts, this is for you! Get your long resistance band and let’s do this 45 minute resistance band TOTAL BODY workout together:)  YOU NEED: 1 x mat 1-2 long resistance bands (it’s good to have two if possible so you can interchange between the bands ensuring you work correctly for each muscle group.  You will literally work ALL muscles, it’s a total body routine!   UPPER BODY ARMS POSTURE LEGS GLUTES CORE  There are some moves that are full range, and others that are half range for more challenge and muscle activation. Just follow along the cues and technique tips throughout to ensure you are working and emphasising the right muscles.
