'Donkey kicks aren\'t that difficult if you want stability and toning in your core shoulder\'s and back and buttock\'s. It takes time to do 100 on each side but you get stronger from it so it\'s beneficial for your health and fitness level. Have your hip\'s parallel to the mat and keep the stability through out the set\'s. I count them folding in a finger when I completed 10 on both sides.'
