'Jump Rope and Ball Workout with Jessica Ann'

'This workout is a great fun full body workout which is so simple and easy!!! You can basically do it in the comfort of your own home , office or wherever you feel inspired. All you need is a jump rope and a ball and if do not have these on hand you can still mock the movements and do them without the equipment. I hope you guys enjoy!!! Also the song I chose to use for this video inspired me so much because it is about Moving on with you ... and I translate this into : We are always moving forward together so no matter where you are on your fitness journey , we are all in it together so lets move forward and get stronger, be healthier and most of all happy : )  oooops i apparently messed up on the labeling of my right and left leg.... lol .... sorry not sorry !!!!
