'100 Pull-Ups Navy Seal Inspired Workout | David Goggins Challenge | Stronger Back, Biceps, Abs'

Pull-ups target the muscles of your back, arms, and abs.   This morning, while drinking some coffee, I came across a Joe Rogan interview with Jesse Itzler, who is an owner of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks. During the interview, Jesse talked about the time when formed US Navy Seal David Goggins lived with him for 30 days. Shortly after meeting one another, Goggins challenged Itzler to do 100+ pull-ups. Itzler said that’s impossible. In response, Goggins told him that “your problem is that you set limitations on yourself”. Itzler spend the next few hours doing 100 pull-ups.   I was so pumped after listening to that story that, after finishing my coffee, I took a drive a set of pull-up bars, and attempted to do 100. It was a challenging workout, made more difficult by the heat and the blisters I got on my hands during the workout. Halfway through the 100 pull-ups, I was beginning to think that I wouldn’t be able to finish the challenge, but I took one rep at a time and could almost hear Goggins in my ears encouraging on.
