'An awesome day today with our sharing of the Matrix MX4 training programming with our friends at SNAP Fitness 24-7 Hong Kong. It was a full day course with a lot of material to help our clients and coaches utilise the Matrix equipment to help create an awesome experience for their members!  We are very honoured to have had the opportunity to help showcase our unique programming and methodology with the passionate coaches and a great crowd!
