'TRX LADDER CIRCUIT - CREATIVE, INTENSE, TOTAL BODY WORKOUT'

'Progressive circuit that heats up quickly. It took me just about 40 minutes to complete so it\'s definitely one of my longer ones.  Starting with one move/one rep, I\'m adding on another move and another rep until we get to ten moves.  Loads of sweat guaranteed. Starts out like a lamb and finishes like a lion! Take breaks as needed but try keep them as short as possible! Enjoy!
