'Diary Sharing Via MyFitnessPal'

'Check out our My Fitness Pal Tutorial for the iPhone! We wanted to share this with you first, it\'s going out to our athletes tomorrow! It\'s a step by step visual walk through showing athletes how they can adjust the settings of their diary in order to make it public, share it with all of their friends or share it only with specific individuals using a password. Once the password is established, the Coach would view the locked diary by logging into their own My Fitness Pal account, selecting that athlete\'s profile and clicking on the Journal icon. At that time they would be prompted to enter the password which was selected by the athlete. Feel free to copy & paste the written directions below when you share the video. Once you\'ve opened the app, choose \"More\" in the bottom right corner. Choose the \"Settings\" option, then \"Diary Settings\". From this screen, you can choose to share your diary with the Public, or your Friends Only. You can also choose the option \"Locked with a key\" which when selected will prompt you to create a password. With this password, your Nutrition Coach will be able to log into their own account, and view your food diary privately.'
