'The good morning exercise is a must for any workout routine.  Today I will go over my three favorite ways to perform the good morning with the help from my good friend Dave Tate.    The good-morning is a weight training exercise. It is known as a good morning because of the movement in the erector spinae which resembles the rise out of bed to stretch.
