'EAT.SLEEP.SWEAT. presents LOVE, SWEAT & YEARS - an opportunity for couples to connect with each other through exercise to improve both their physical and relational health. Check out some of the exercises we have the couples perform as a part of the program. ____ We have developed a fitness routine for the couples centered around our \"Five Factors\" of a healthy relationship: accountability, communication, intimacy, team work and trust. Navigating the partner exercises requires each participant to interact with their love in a new way and challenges them to confront not only the complexities of the movement but also the intricacies of their relationship. LOVE, SWEAT & YEARS is a seven week program which also includes two meetings with a certified Marriage and Family Therapist who will provide tips, tools and resources for each couple as they maneuver through the ebbs and flows of their lives together.
