'Shadow exercise you can do at home 2: Improve fitness by shadowing volley/overhead smash with tabata'

'Follow along with Coach Robert as he demonstrates shadowing your volley and overhead smash to improve your tennis fitness using the tabata method.  This excise can be done at home or outside.  Coach Robert demonstrates how to use tabata training to complete an excellent workout.  Warning:  This video demonstrates a high intensity workout for tennis players that are in excellent health and physically fit.    You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately and contact your health care professional.'
