'Total body workout in just 15 minutes! No fitness equipment needed, Use your cooler! Low impact options included!  **SAFETY TIP** Fill your cooler up with water/ice or random heavy objects. DO NOT attempt this workout with an empty ice chest, It will not be stable enough. I filled my ice chest up with water from the hose a little over half way full.  I like to do this workout 2-3 times in a row for best results. Remember to push yourself but go at your own pace and pause for water breaks if needed, health and fitness is a journey not a race!
