'Combat Strong - Fitness for Martial Artists - Workout for Straight Punches'

'If you want to have good straight punches you have to do more than train your arms. Power and speed come from the entire body, working in unison, not just the arms alone. You need a good stance and strong legs. You need a flexible and strong torso for powerful trunk rotation. And yes, strong arms, are good but you really need arm endurance for repeated punching. Don\'t limit yourself to training only for a one-punch knockout!   In this video follow along with Weston Titus (Personal Trainer and Professor of Kinesiology), as he leads you through a workout scientifically designed to strengthen every part of your body that plays an integral role in straight punches.
