The number of infected people and deaths are increasing at a dizzying pace. My family is still implementing all the measures to prevent diseases including: regularly washing hands properly with soap and water; maintaining a healthy lifestyle including proper diet, sleep, taking vitamins and doing exercises daily to increase resistance to the immune system. The gym currently has been closed so I can not go to the gym to workout like before. Today I have invited a nutritionist and fitness trainer to teach me and my children some effective basic exercises to do at home. I would like to introduce Dinh Gia Bao, a graduate student of The Tennessee Technological University. Currently, Bao is studying for a master\'s degree and working at the TECH Fitness Center. Bao specializes in making menus for semi-professional athletes. Now Bao is going to show you five exercises at home to improve your immunity. On behalf of her family, I would like to thank you for sharing your experience in training to stay healthy. We wish you a good health, peace and success in life. Thanks for watching. Please don’t forget to subscribe to my channel. Good bye everyone, see you in the upcoming videos. Music: Rain, Wanna Musician: @iksonofficial #exercise_at_home, #improve_immunity, #workout'
