'This exercise demo shows how to perform a Resistance Band Leg Press with correct form. A great alternate on the traditional leg press, using a resistance band. This exercise will work your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. Lie on a mat with your knees up towards your chest. Place a resistance band around your feet, holding the other end of the resistance band with both hands up at neck level. Extend the legs out straight, increasing tension on the band. Stretch the legs out as far as you can, before returning back to the starting position and repeat.'
