'Total Body Fitness Circuit at Home'

'Still in quarantine? As of now, yes! The more workouts available the better. Don’t want the workouts to get stagnant and boring.  I have a total body circuit here hitting all major parts of the body:  1. Weighted burpees 10 reps  2. Kettlebell swings 20 reps  3. Close leg squats 25 reps  4.
