'Chris Hard Body Hanna Vertical Limit Fitness Project TC Part 1'

'Chris Hard Body Hanna and Tyrone Coppin. Tyrone Is one of my closest friends that has gained quite a bit of weight in the last couple of years so offered to train him and whip him into shape for free as a project. The conditions were that he was to change his diet and workout 5-7 times per week including at least 2 cardio days, and 3 intense workouts per week.'
