'Head to Toe Workout with Adrienne'

'Got 20 minutes to move? Well, Adrienne is set up in the 30-Minute Circuit area of the Club to take you through a high-energy workout that targets the full body in, you guessed it, 30 minutes! If you’re not in the Club, this is a great home workout that can be modified to any level.   Can a curtsy be an exercise? Adrienne says the answer is “yes” for this warm-up. From there you’ll get into the heart of the workout with moves like step-up and curls, airplanes, and planks. And bring it on home, even from home, with stretches and deep breathing.
